‘미술의 해’ 조직위원으로 위촉(문화관광부)/ 제18차 정기총회 개최(2월 27일)/ ‘5월 미술축제’ 개최(전국 117개 화랑 참가, 5월 2일)/ 미술품 양도소득세 폐지 운동 실시 및 동법 폐지, 종합소득세로 전환됨. 협회는 이 제도를 의원 입법으로 2년간 유예시킴/ 제13회 95화랑미술제 개최(예술의전당, 8월 25일)/ 화랑협회 공로상 제정, 고 명동화랑 김문호사장 부인에게 추서함.
Appointed as a member of the organizing committee of ‘the Tear of Fine Arts’(the Ministry of Culture and Tourism)/ Held the 18th regular general meeting(27th of February)/ Held the Fine Art Festival of May(117 Galleries participated from all over the Country, 2nd of May), Conducted a campaign to abolish the transfer income tax on art works and the relevant law.
